Volunteer Info

HOURS: Volunteer hours are 1:30-8pm but volunteers are needed even if you can’t help the whole time!

VOLUNTEER MEETING: A Volunteer meeting will take place on Saturday, December 14th at 6:30pm at Canyon Creek Project. A zoom link will be made available for those not able to attend in person.

VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS: On 12/13, an email will go out with final volunteer assignments for the event! Please note that we may have to shift some people from their original places if there are areas that lack necessary volunteers.

DECORATING / SET UP HOURS: We need help decorating and setting up for Holiday in Whoville!

DECORATING/SET-UP SCHEDULE
6-9pm - Thursday (12/12)
6-9pm - Friday (12/13)
3:30pm-10pm - Saturday (12/14)

Please text 972-358-6416 before coming to decorate just to ensure we are still there and have not finished.
