This week in our FAMILY EXPERIENCE LIVE video, we are continuing our series all about EPIC stories in the Old Testament! This week, we learn about TWO SPIES who went on a dangerous mission but were kept safe by a woman named RAHAB. We’ll also learn that we can HAVE COURAGE TO TAKE RISKS FOR GOD!

KIDS! The first part of this video is just for YOU! PARENTS, once your kiddos watch the first part, keep watching for ideas on how you can bring this week’s story to life during the week.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!

Activities:
Hide the Spy- Choose one family member to be “it” and two people to be “the spies”. While “it” closes their eyes and counts to ten, the “spies” (and anyone else help the spies) hide. When “it” is done counting, he/she goes to find the “spies” (note to parents- try to make it hard to find the “spies” as the spies in the actual story weren’t found ☺)

Craft:
Use a piece of paper and have/help them draw what they think Rahab's house looks like. Then, use the following link to print and cut-out Joshua's two spies.
